By accessing or using the RankOrbit platform ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

RankOrbit provides free access to study notes, previous year questions, MCQ practice, formula sheets, and related educational resources. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to add or remove features at our discretion.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
• You must notify us immediately at ayushvishwakarma1553@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual may result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Upload malicious, offensive, defamatory, or sexually explicit material
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to bulk-download content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Redistribute or commercially exploit RankOrbit content without written permission
• Use the platform in any way that violates Indian law or applicable international law

By uploading content to RankOrbit, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and moderate your content on our platform. You represent that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights to upload it
• Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property
• Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

The RankOrbit brand, logo, website design, and original editorial content are the intellectual property of RankOrbit Education Portal. Examination names, logos, and question papers belong to their respective authorities (UPSC, SSC, NTA, etc.). User-uploaded study notes remain the property of their respective owners. Personal, non-commercial use of downloaded content for studying is permitted. Redistribution, sale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RankOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The total liability of RankOrbit for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand). Content accuracy is not guaranteed — always verify from official examination sources.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing support@rankorbit.in. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage users to first attempt resolution by contacting us at legal@rankorbit.in.
